Savoury Jam

Serves 4
Cook time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil., stirring to ensure the sugar dissolves.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes or until a jam-like consistency s reached.
